What it means for you
|
| Speed limits. A consultant will update the City's speed zones citywide. Sign placement and design drawings are not included and would need a contract amendment. |
| Downtown. The downtown streetscape plan covers decorative street lighting, benches, landscaping and sidewalk repairs; South Jackson and West Mayes are its future phases. Most of the $845,000 cost ($770,000) is expected to come from grants. |
| Growth. A developer has filed an early (SB 330) pre-application. No City action is required on it; the developer has 180 days to file a formal application if it chooses. |
